Linda Pense

Leipzig, Germany

Linda Pense is an artist and designer, she studied at the Kunsthochschule Burg Giebichenstein, Martin Luther University Halle and Strate College Paris. As a designer, she worked for the companies Michalsky, WMF and Auerhahn as well as for the Bauhaus Dessau Foundation. From 2012 to 2014, Linda Pense taught as a Lecturer in Design Fundamentals at the Leipzig School of Design and in 2014/2015 at Kuwasawa Design Institute Tokyo. Since 2011 she is the project director of the International Marianne Brandt Award. As an artist, Linda Pense was a Fellow of the Hombroich Foundation (rocket station) in 2015 and a lecturer at the China Academy of Art in 2017.
