Tulca are delighted to present At what point will
comm on sense prevail , a solo show by Garrett
Phelan . The installation comprises of spoken texts
written by the artist who lives and works in Dublin. In
recent years Phelan has focussed his practice around
extensive explorations into the ‘formation of opinion’ and‘the absolute present’, particularly manifested through
drawing, video, photography, sculpture, web based
projects and independent FM radio transmission projects
in both gallery and non gallery spaces.
